WE ARE ALIVE!!!!!!!:)

Well once again it has been way to long since my last post. Once again there have been a lot of changesin our lives. I got a new job (again) and am currently working for Intermountain Health Care in their EAP (employee assistance program). I absolutely enjoy this job and love the people that I work with. EAP provides free counseling services for intermountain employees and we also provide services for over 100 companies that contract with us. It is a busy job and I am really happy about this change.

Kenny has also switched his work, he is now working for the Elite Reality Group and has created his own website to generate business. This has been a great change for him as well and he has been very busy showing houses to new people who have visited his website. Check it out www.homefinderutah.com


BIRTHDAY!!! We celebrated KENNYS 29TH BIRTHDAY!!! WOW is he getting old ;) Kenny is the best husband and has been so sweet to me since the day we met. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful husband in my life. On his birthday we went out for a sushi lunch, had a pizza dinner with the Maddy family and had a cake and ice cream with both families. Kenny wanted to decorate his cake, and this is what he came up with :) UNDER THE SEA THEME

We have been busy watching football and now basketball! We are excited that the NBA is back :) We were able to make it to a Utah game this year as well as the Jazz home opener in a suite :)

 We loved celebrating Christmas with family and are so lucky to have both our families living so close so that we are able to spend time with both families each and every holiday. We were able to spend time watching Lisa and Bryson play basketball and have enjoyed having the opportunity to support them.

My goal is to get better at updating the blog. I am going to shoot for once a month. I know thats not a lot but its a good step for someone who blogs every 5 months :)

Bear Lake

We went to Bear Lake for Labor Day weekend. We spent time watching football, going to dinner, golfing, and having our own version of arachnophobia.  Dinner was at Bear Lake West, it was great and I enjoyed some paper on my sandwich. Kenny and I decided we would share our meals, so he had half of my sandwich and I would have half of his...well I was pretty much finished with eating my half of my club sandwich and I gave Kenny the other, he took one bit and said this still has the paper from the cheese on the sandwich. I had eaten my whole half with the paper from the cheese :( I laughed so so so hard, but we got some free red velvet cake out of it. We went golfing with my parents and had a great time. When we decided to take the boat out we were attacked by thousands of huge spiders. The boat cover was infested with spiders inside and out! Kenny was in charge of the broom while we were on the boat and his job was to kill them with the broom. It was so disgusting and probably more spiders than I have ever seen in my life! Bear Lake is always a pretty place and nice relaxing getaway. Here are some pics from the weekend.

Anniversary

WOW! I cannot believe that Kenny and I have been married for 2 years already! Time has gone by so so fast, I am such a lucky girl to have such an amazing husband! For our anniversary we decided to go to Park City for the weekend and just relax and have fun! While in Park City we stayed at a place called Newpark, it was really nice and a fun place to stay. We hung out, went shopping on Main St and the outlet malls. We also went on the zipline, I have never been on one but it was a BLAST! I tried to take a picture when Kenny went in front of me but I didn't dare to dig through my purse while being so high up and flying through the air attached to a line. It was a fun getaway! I want to tell Kenny that he is the best husband that I could have ever dreamed of in this lifetime. He is always so supportive of me, he is always encouraging me to do what makes me happy. We always say "you are the best husband/wife I have ever had" (joking) but seriously even though he is the only husband I have ever had he is the BEST! I cant believe its been 2 years already, I LOVE YOU KENNY!

Summer 2011

Kenny & I @ the Parade

Well it has been forever (again) since I have blogged. This summer has been a fun one for us with a lot of busy weekends. Kenny is working a lot between showing houses and working at the gym. I have gotten a new job that I started in April, I am doing website editing for a company called Jorgenson Companies. I am learning a lot doing this job so we will see how it goes. Kenny has a house listed in Sandy if you know anyone who is interested let me know and I can give you more details. We have tried to make it to Bear Lake as often as we can but it gets hard with Kenny working on Saturdays.  We made it up for both the 4th of July and the 24th of July. We were able to make it home for the 4th of July Parade and the Maddy family party which was way fun! Its fun to be with family and get away for the weekend. We had my cousins wedding which was pretty as can be, CONGRATS to Garrett and Jessie, and Jessie welcome to the family...finally! We have also loved having Ava here this summer, she is such a cutie and we love her so much! Here are some pictures of some of the fun times we have had this summer! :)

LONG TIME!

Well it has been a long time since I have posted anything. A lot has happened since November when I last posted!  Recently we have been having fun and just relaxing.  My sister had her baby girl who is absolutely gorgeous! I would post pics but she made her blog private so that no one can see the pics, so respecting my Sis I wont post pics of my niece on here until I go private with my blog, which will most likely be soon, cuz why not.
       Kenny has a new house listed in Lehi, it is a great house and has all the upgrades, if anyone reading this is interested or knows someone who is in buying a house in Lehi let me know.  It is a great price for the upgrades that you get with it.  Even if you or they aren't looking in Lehi but you need an agent let me know.  You can click on the flier to make it bigger to see the smaller pics better

 We have also been busy watching my Nephew play Basketball for Copper Hills.  He became a starter for Varsity and we are so proud of him and enjoy watching him play.  He is # 33...

We also decided to tile a backsplash in our kitchen. We love watching HGTV and getting ideas of what we can do around the house next :)  My AMAZING Hubby did most of the work but I tried to help when he needed me! :) Here are some pics

We celebrated my Mom's Birthday in February, she is such an amazing person and has taught me so much about how to be a great person.  I look up to her a ton and she is always wanting to do things for other people.  On her actual B-day she was pretty sick and  my nephew had a bball game so she wanted to go to that.  We took her present over after, which was some wood letters I had made.  The next day us kids and my dad decided that she needed cake and ice cream, she didn't want to "make" anyone feel like we had to do cake and ice cream but we all wanted to.  Since Jac was on bed rest we decided to take the party to her house, since my Mom was sad she wouldn't be able to come for it.  Mom we all LOVE you so much and you have NO idea what a great example you are for everyone around you! 

This last picture says it all! :) We love family and are so lucky to be able to spend time with them!  We are so grateful that Ava and Jaclyn are both save in the high risk c-section that they had, we are lucky for a healthy baby, we are lucky for great family and great friends.  We love ALL our families and appreciate what they do for us!  

BIRTHDAY BOY!

My wonderful, amazing, bestest husband ever had a birthday this month! Kenny turned 28 on the 15th of November.  I just want to tell him how much I love him and appreciate everything he does for me! He is the best thing that has ever happened to me and I am so lucky to have married him! I love him so very much and want to tell him thanks for everything! He does the laundry, the dishes, makes me dinner and a lot more and I love having him as my husband! HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOVE & I cant wait to celebrate many more birthdays with him! I love you with all my heart! Love you googooplex!

GO JAZZ!!! BUCKLE UP!

We absolutely LOVE watching the Jazz play! They have so much energy and are truly the "comeback kids"  Every game we are buckled up and on the edge!  We were able to go to the Jazz game when they played the Clippers.  We sat row 8 center court and it was a BLAST!!! Double Overtime and the start of our great win streak on the road! Here are some pics from the game

We were also able to go the Disney on Ice, Kenny's dad got tickets for us and Kenny surprised me with the tickets.  He text me at work and said I have a surprise you will love.  I came home and he had his Mickey Mouse ears on his head and I thought the surprise was that he had found them, since we have talked about him not knowing where they are in the past. :) but really it was to say we were going to Disney on Ice :)  We got 4 tickets and took Jaclyn & Brandon, Baby Ava was very excited as well!
